Oil prices rise amid uncertainty over Strait of Hormuz access
Oil prices climbed for a fourth straight day as investors weighed conflicting statements from Tehran and Washington on whether the Strait of Hormuz is open to shipping. Brent crude futures rose 0.29% to $91.28 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures were up to $85.31 a barrel, amid a lapsed ceasefire agreement between the U.S. and Iran.
