AG closes case in Adu-Boahene cybersecurity fraud trial
The Office of the Attorney General has closed its case against former National Signals Bureau Director General Kwabena Adu-Boahene, his wife Angela Adjei-Boateng, and Advantage Solutions Limited, who are accused of stealing GH¢49.1 million in a purported cybersecurity system deal for Ghana. The court has set September 25, 2026 as the deadline for the defence to file a submission of no case to answer, with a ruling on the submission scheduled for November 5, 2026.
