US requires attestations from air passengers on Ebola exposure
The US CDC will require all US-bound airline passengers to file digital or paper attestations confirming they have not been in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the prior 21 days, effective November 3. The new measure extends existing restrictions that have barred non-citizens from entry if they visited the DRC, Uganda, or South Sudan in the preceding three weeks.
