AI will solve cancer that humans cannot, says Arm CEO
Rene Haas, chief executive of Cambridge-based chip designer Arm Holdings, told the BBC that artificial intelligence will find a cure for cancer beyond human capability in the future, though modelling DNA markers impacted by cancer is currently too complex for both humans and existing computers. Haas also said that AI's rapid growth is being held back by a shortage of chips needed to build data centres.
