Government begins grant disbursement to youth entrepreneurs
The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme has commenced disbursement of grants to 2025 cohort beneficiaries under the Adwumawura Programme, a national initiative to support youth entrepreneurship and job creation. The programme has trained and mentored 10,887 beneficiaries across the country through 5 weeks of intensive entrepreneurial training followed by 6 months of post-training mentorship, with a Grant Management Committee overseeing merit-based selection of high-potential businesses for funding.
