The Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly has disbursed GH¢680,084.25 from its 2026 District Assemblies' Common Fund disability allocation to 208 Persons with Disabilities and Associations, funding income-generating activities, equipment purchases, healthcare, education, and skills development. The Assembly is also providing additional cash support totalling GH¢302,000 to beneficiaries for various interventions including medical needs and training.
