Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, the former Education Minister, attributes the 2025 WASSCE results decline to the absence of a clear education formula and has criticised Ghana's system of political transition as among the world's weakest, arguing that frequent leadership changes disrupt policy continuity in critical sectors. He also recounted his decade-long teaching experience in American high schools and his journey back to Ghana after meeting former President Akufo-Addo.
