ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), China's biggest memory chip maker, saw its shares soar nearly 470% on their Shanghai Stock Exchange debut, giving the company a valuation of around 3.3 trillion yuan ($487bn) and making it the most valuable listed company in mainland China. The company manufactures Dram chips for AI data centres, mobile devices, and other electronics, and plans to use IPO proceeds for expanded production and research.
