Youth must embrace AI and technical skills for future jobs
Constance Swaniker, founder of the Design and Technology Institute, urged young Ghanaians to develop AI and entrepreneurial skills to compete in a changing job market. She noted that while automation and AI could displace 85 million jobs globally by 2030, they would also create 97 million new roles, and cited Ghana's youth unemployment rate of 32.5 per cent among those aged 15 to 24.
