1. High Court adjourns Ofori-Atta trial pending OSP appeal ruling0:36

   The High Court has adjourned proceedings in the criminal case involving former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta and five others after the Office of the Special Prosecutor filed a notice of appeal and application for stay of execution in response to a ruling that stripped it of prosecutorial powers. The adjournment was granted pending the determination of the OSP's application, which challenges a ruling by Justice John Eugene Nyante Nyadu that declared the Office's prosecutions invalid.

2. GACC calls for resistance against anti-corruption framework weakening0:27

   The Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition has urged citizens to resist efforts to undermine the public accountability framework, warning that recent legal challenges to the Office of the Special Prosecutor risk eroding anti-corruption gains at a time when the country loses about US$3 billion annually to corruption.
